What do you think about Quikster?

What a monumentually stupid name for a website. Quikster? Seriously? Who thought of that should be given a slap. Quickly. Seriously, what exactly is going on with Netflix these days? I just got it all setup with the XBOX 360, and then they almost double the prices, then they split their DVD/Instant Streaming, so that you have to log onto two sites to view your queues (and you cannot view the availability of DVD/streaming on the alternative site to which you are logged on). Stupid, stupid, stupid. But Reed Hastings is a hella smart guy. What exactly is going on? Is he trying to kill the DVD by mail business that he built from scratch? Is this a share price thing? A negotiation tactic (see... we don't have that many viewers, please please please give us Sony Pictures content back...).  It's not often that companies (especially one as successful as Netflix) make the service worse, and charge more money, for no good reason.
